Returns 

Our Policy lasts for 30 days, once 30 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused.

What Happens when the product is returned 

We offer, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@flawlesswellness.co.uk

Shipping 

To return your product, you should send your product to: Flawless Wellness, 7 Sheene Rd, Leicester LE4 1BF. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. You will also be responsible for return costs in the possible event where your order(s) are returned by the carrier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
